As of late, I am beginning to think the U.S. congress has designs on abolishing the United States Constitution. You know, that piece of paper they took an oath to support and defend? Too bad congress refuses to honor that oath of office they took, but, instead they choose to wipe their asses with it. Can you imagine what we, the working-class voters, would stand to lose if congress succeeds in abolishing our Constitution? The very foundation this country was built on? Here's what we stand to lose: Women's right to vote, presidential term limits, protection from unreasonable search and seizure, protection from cruel and unusual punishment, and the right to a fair trial. That's just the tip of the iceberg! Here's the current list of Constitutional amendments:

The provisions in the United States Constitution does not seem to work in favor of the elected body that would rather rule, take the Lion's share of everything, than govern, ensuring the best quality of life, and the best wages, for the citizens they are elected to represent. To even attempt to abolish this document would be unthinkable. Stay tuned.

My problem with Daniel Radcliffe

Talk about the poster boy for bad home-training! Then again, I think he’s no different from the average Joe living in my city. As popular as he is (the HP movies), you’d think he would set a better example for his fans, who happen to be mostly minor children.

The last time I saw something THAT pasty? Let's see, it feared sunlight, lurked in graveyards, and dined on human remains under cover of darkness.

I've been reading bits and pieces on Raddy, and I have to tell you, I laughed when I read about his invisible girlfriend giving him TWO years to clean up his act and quit being a slob (and a mama's boy). HA! Lots of luck on that one. Raddy has not been seen with this 'girlfriend' at any premieres, awards shows, NADA since that photo-op taken in August. The body language is a dead give-a-way (note the 'Deer caught in the headlights' look on Raddy's face); Raddy does not like to be seen with females, or at least not this one, and she seems more interested in her mobile phone than him. He cannot seem to get his story straight on who he's dating, who he's 'doing', who he's dumping, or who just might be dumping him. During the months before he began performing in H2S, he was quoted a few times, by the media, as saying "I've got to be single, I want to have sex with the female dancers on the show", and a few other shenanigans he was noted on. Then he starts talking about this 'girlfriend of more than a year' right after the show starts. What's worse is that Raddy kept taunting the media with mentions of her ("Oh heavens, no, I cannot tell you her name!") and when the drama built up about who this girl is, up pops Rose Coker, oh-so-conveniently, in this August photo-op in New York. What are you afraid of Raddy? It's pretty clear you cannot man-up and look out for yourself, your mommy still cleans up after you and does your laundry. Looks to me like Raddy is planning on spending the rest of his life being protected by ex-SAS security and walled in by his $$$. What a sad way to live your life.

Two things kiddo: 1) Get your story straight on your personal status and 2) quit acting so paranoid all the time.

Your fans are growing tired of you and your secretiveness. If you're that afraid of being targeted, maybe you should just stop baiting the media, or using your friends to bait the media, just to keep yourself in the spotlight. You're not a real grown-up until you can rely on yourself instead of your parents to survive in this world. I bet you'd be lost without your millions, too.

These three things have already happened to this nation, tough break for the working class masses who were more worried about making their mortgage payment than paying attention to our own congress passing laws, and implementing policy, to allow them to legally take away the working class voter's means to support themselves; jobs that pay a living wage..

Waging war, even a false one, is expensive. It is quickly becoming clear to the general U.S. population that the so-called 'wars' being fought overseas are not wars; they are, in fact, well-concealed usurpations. Allow me to post a few passages from the U.S. Declaration of Independence:

A Future of Gulags and Rape Camps?

Bipartisan legislation being considered in the U.S. Senate would expand the military’s power to go after any terrorism suspect, including American citizens, anywhere in the world—including within the United States—and confine them indefinitely without being charged or tried. S. 1867, referred to as the National Defense Authorization Act bill, was drafted in secret by Senators Carl Levin (D-Michigan) and John McCain (R-Arizona) and was scheduled for a vote by the full Senate on Tuesday.

Can somebody explain to me why this bill was drafted 'in secret' by one of the biggest pro-rape senators in this nation (McCain)? Our government, in its current form, cannot be trusted to lead from the front, not anymore, and the honor system needs to be disposed of when these hacks run for re-election. The past several years I have learned this:

1) Working class citizens are looked upon as 'second-class citizens' by our incumbents.

2) The U.S. has too many fucking millionaires in office; how can they effectively represent the working class if they cannot relate to their problems?

3) This nation's leaders lack the intestinal fortitude to 'lead from the front'. Why else does our congress prefer to meet in secret? I'll tell you why, because they are aware that what they are implementing, legislation-wise, would not sit well with the working class voters were it made public knowledge.

4) Incumbents, and candidates alike, have no respect, or regard, for the office they desire to occupy, or the voters who elect them to that public office. If they did, why would said incumbents lie and deceive their voters, and undermine their opponents so vehemently, in order to get elected?

5) Our elected body has no discipline, professionalism, or restraint, yet, they hold our Military service members to a high standard of behavior that they, the congress, fail to emulate everyday they go to work (which is about once every two weeks, if that often).

6) Classifying everything is just our elected body's way of covering up their mistakes, and their crimes. End of story.

The 'Occupy' movement is indeed causing more than just a passive stir on Capitol Hill if congress and the senate are drafting 'secret' legislation. If SB 1867 is passed, it will usher in a new era of abuses of American civil liberties and Constitutional rights. The Occupy movement just may be declared a terrorist action by our nation's lawmakers and any participants can be jailed indefinitely, without charges or trial. The system is broken, we did not break it, but, it is our duty as citizens to repair it, PDQ.

For the past six weeks I have been a member of this movement, I am a member of their Media & Comms team. All I can say is that this particular group are 90% working professionals dedicated to righting this country, and it will take awhile to do it. Right now, I am giving this group direction, and insight on how to deliver the message to the masses on what is happening, behind closed doors, on Capitol Hill.

Today I came by the site to visit, chat with the site members, and drop off a few pounds of fresh fruit. I'll be spending today researching current events that are significant to the downfall of the nation's economy. Information is power boys and girls. Learn it, know it, live it!

Yes, I know it's been awhile. I've added myself to Face Book, Twitter, and joined the M&C team with the Sin City chapter of the 'Occupy' movement. Yes, it is true; I am a congressional hopeful for 2012, NOT a candidate just yet.

In recent months I have taken careful note of the events occurring in my state and I have to tell you, Nevada is amok with idiocy. My opinion of my country's leadership has not changed, either. I still think they are a soup-sandwich! To date, our congress is still using U.S. tax dollars to:

1) Fund illegal wars and usurpations around the world in gross violation of the Geneva Conventions

2) Give $$ to the banks, auto industry, and insurance companies just so they can go on to make even MORE profits, while still laying off Americans and giving those jobs to cheap foreign labor markets

AND......

3) line their own pockets with graft from big corporations.

I was right about the posts I published about Bush and his cronies, I saw this shit storm coming seven years ago and nobody wanted to hear it in my proximity. I bet they're listening now because the events of the past five years will affect them too at some point.

The purpose of the 'occupy' movement is to alert the masses of what our congress is doing, and not doing. Our U.S. congress have allowed themselves to be bought out with no inkling as to the storm that is brewing among citizens who are unemployed, homeless, or underemployed. Those are referred to as the 99%, and the 1% are looking, and acting, to oppress the 99% with ambiguous laws, backroom votes and deals, and just general chicanery. Around 18 years ago, Bill Clinton signed NAFTA into law; corporations lauded it as a future of good wages and a better quality of life for Americans....but they failed to say which Americans, didn't they? We have too many millionaires in public office (Mayor Bloomberg is a BILLIONAIRE, by-the-way), who are terrified of losing their hold on the 99% and are relying on the ignorant masses to turn a blind eye to what they are really doing and what they really want. What do our public officials really want for themselves? To be established as lifetime rulers, that's what they want. No more voting rights for the common citizen, no more democracy, no more liberty, and no future financial security for the people that worked for over 50 years who paid into that fund that congress has all, but, emptied into their own coffers.

Remember this; Government's job is to ensure the best jobs, wages, and quality of life for the citizens they are representing. Are they doing what they took an oath to do? I think not. Our governing body bears more of a resemblence to a ruling party than responsible government. Here's a passage from our own Declaration of Independence, figure it out for yourselves:

YEP! Here it is Christmas Day and she decides against Turkey (Yea, she detests it). So, I walked into the kitchen earlier this morning just as she's sliding this, how do I describe it? A mutilated and skewered (I think it's Chicken) bird into the oven. Right now, she's heating up two large bottles of Sake in a saucepan on the stove.

I suppose breaking traditional Christmas stereotypes is her thing and I'm starting to get into it, a little. I'm afraid of what she might come up with for NYE, I just hope whatever it is doesn't get us arrested or anger some foreign diplomat that might be visiting here!

I try to be careful when shopping for gifts, online especially. If the item requires batteries, I buy the batteries to send with the item, too easy.

Thanks for the flood of e-mails about my intent to run for office when I retire! Yes, I have a few platforms that need to be discussed. What party? I might make my own party; The Party of Angry Veterans. My platforms? Well, 1) I would seek revocation of Diplomatic Immunity; I think it's crap and too many foreign diplomats break U.S. laws and let the tax-payers foot the bill. 2) Dissolve the separation of Church and State for tax purposes due to the fact that many Churches (cults, too) are more of a tax-shelter than a spiritual institution. 3) I would seek to have the Electoral College shut down because I think it's a big scam. Why should electoral votes take precedence over popular votes? That's just stupid. That's a start for me. In the beginning, around 2000, I wasn't seriously thinking about running for public office and in jest stated these three platforms: 1) Raise the drinking age to 30; just because you're 21 does not mean you're responsible enough to drink. 2) Lower the driving age to 12; if you're tall enough to reach the pedals, your motor skills are developed, you should be able to operate a motor vehicle. 3) Lower the voting age to five; You can dress and feed yourself, can read, and have a sense of right and wrong, you should be able to vote. That would give the politicos a whole new challenge right then and there! I'd be the biggest b$#@! Capital Hill has ever encountered now, wouldn't I?

Okay readers, after perusing the news today, I have to point out a few things that I am certain you are aware of; When in charge, take charge. After googling the Mayor of New Orleans and the Governor of Louisiana, I noticed one vital thing that is missing from their bio's: MILITARY SERVICE. Why is this vital you ask? Okay, call it my military 'programming' kicking in, but, you learn things in the military, be it Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marines that you can't learn in any other profession unless you're a dedicated bounty hunter: teamwork and improvization. Being an elected official is not just a job title, it's a huge responsibility, no matter what size your territory is. People (voters) rely on you to take care of them and their concerns all the time, not just during times of natural disaster. Don't get me started on the other folks that fall into this career field or this post will take up too much of my time to write, and you to read, today. As I see it, Mayor Nagin had the resources to evacuate folks, they might not be state-of-the-art, but they were there. The same applies to Governor Blanco, however, the lack of communication and cooperation seemed all too prevalent in this case. For whatever reason, I have no idea. Communication is vital to the success of any job, mission, task, what-have-you. Modern technology is supposed to not only enable effective communication, but, enhance it. Somehow technology hasn't been able to do that; I call it O.H.S. (Operator Head Space), or inability to operate the equipment properly. You know what I mean. For you anti-military, career college-student types; Military Service is not just a job; it's a life long education in human relations that you cannot put a monetary value on. Try learning that on the street. Do I plan on running for public office when I retire? You bet. Frankly we, as military folks, do not get enough support on Capital Hill from our elected officials and the organizations in place that do support us do not pack enough of a punch, in my opinion. Politicians are poisoning America; Time for us American Patriots to take a stand, roll up our sleeves, and do the right thing by running for public office, in whatever state or province, to better the chance of making a positive difference in America. It's a hard, well-traveled road, but, if our Founding Fathers did it, so can we.

Okay, I got a great suggestion from an anonymous poster (thanks buddy) on how America can tighten her belt. However, I say the Capital Hill Boy's Club and their constituents can lead by example. Here are a few suggestions:

1. Sell off the Presidential Motorcade (those big stretch jobs eat gas and attract too much attention anyway), and purchase a fleet of 1976 AMC Gremlins, each one flat brown in color, with bald tires, a broken headlight, glass tinted so dark you can't see in the car and a cracked windshield to transport our President and his entourage to and from work.

2. Fire the Secret Service, and replace them with rent-a-cops from Macon County Georgia. The rent-a-cops would probably do a better job at protecting our elected officials without the need to wear cheesy D&G sunglasses.

3. Take away the tax-payer-supported perks from our elected officials and make them pay their own way. Pretty good incentive to not take so many vacations, don't you think?

4. Close down the Pentagon and relocate the staff to Area 51, after all, it is safer than the Pentagon. Install two Olympic sized swimming pools and a dozen Jacuzzi tubs in the now-vacated Pentagon, rent out the entire complex for weddings and parties at $500,000.00 a day.

5. Relocate the President and his family to a nice, quiet, well-patrolled suburb in upstate New York and turn the Whitehouse into a homeless shelter for displaced victims of the next apocolyptic natural disaster.

6. Insist every State Governer have a monthly fundraiser (carwash, flea market, or bake sale)and send the proceeds to a designated disaster-relief organization. Yes, the Governor and their entourage have to participate in these fundraisers!

7. Rescind tax-break incentives for big businesses (you know which ones I'm referring to) and give them only to businesses that make less than a 15% profit for the first 5 years(Mom and Pop stores really could use this).

8. Suspend the civilian military contracts, send the civilians to go work elsewhere, and let the active-duty military engineers design, build and maintain their own structures and facilities until the U.S. budget is balanced properly (that will take a few years).

This is just the tip of the iceberg, readers. Use your imagination, no idea is too big or too small to be implemented to save America's budget.

Hurricane Rita

What'd I tell you, readers? I knew Rita was going to follow her big sis Katrina's wake....and no doubt, going to up the ante on the destruction scale, too I'm willing to bet. So when the National Hurricane Center runs out of human names I have have a few suggestions:

Name them after board games, power tools, luncheon meats, cheeses, and under garments. Here are a few examples just to get you started: Hurricane Mystery Date, Hurricane Circular Saw, Tropical Storm Baloney, Tropical Storm Gorgonzolla, and Tropical Storm 44DD Bra. Yeah, let's see those glory-monger anchor people on the networks say those names and not laugh.

Screw the Greek alphabet, I say we have some fun with the Hurricane Name Game.

A friendly warning to my readers: Never tell me you can drink anything I put in front of you, even at the bar, because I will call your bluff. One of my frequent companions made that very mistake recently. Here's how it went: HE: "Jen, you know I can drink anything you put in front of me, right?" ME: Is that right?". HE:"You know it". ME: "Wait here, I'll be right back". I proceed back to our table with a bottle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the kitchen and set it down in front of him, his expression was priceless. HE: "I ain't drinking that!" ME: "Hey buddy, you said you could drink anything I put in front of you". HE: "I meant alcohol!" ME: "You owe me dinner". Lesson learned.
